ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING POLICY

At Full Keel Coffee, we’re a small, family-owned business committed to providing you with fresh, high-quality coffee. Below are the details for subscription and standard order processing, shipping, and local pickup options.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE

  • Subscription Orders: Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to the delivery frequency you select (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
  • Standard Orders: Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order before shipping.
  • Freshness Guarantee: All coffee is roasted in small batches to order to ensure it arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

  • Calculated Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for standard orders will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Delivery Area: Shipping is currently available within the United States.
  • Delivery Times: Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days via standard shipping services.

LOCAL PICKUP

  • Location: 101 W Bayfield St, Washburn, WI 54891
  • Standard Orders: Local pickups are typically ready within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready.
  • Subscription Orders: If you choose local pickup for your subscription, your orders will also be available at the same location during business hours. Please check our current store hours for availability.

CHANGES TO YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

  • Update Preferences: You can update your coffee preferences, shipping address, or delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account at fullkeelcoffee.com.
  • Pause or Cancel: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next processing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.
