Team Collaborator- Sales and Marketing Focus

We're looking for a new team member with the vision and excitement to help us manage and continue our growth. This position is year-round with schedule flexibility, averaging 4 days a week.

Pay range is $15-18/hr depending on experience.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ to apply, 2 years experience in a related field
Artistically and graphicly focused
Self motivated and able to execute your ideas
Outgoing and responsible for demonstrations and trade shows
Website, sales and marketing experience
Professional ability to handle client and customer relations

Roastery Assistant

Assist with roasting day operations and eventually be trained to be the assistant roaster. Package coffee as a team. Possibility of delivery route.

Pay Range is $13-15/hr starting.

Qualifications/Working Conditions

Must be able to lift 40lbs overhead and team lift up to 150lbs.
Long periods of standing and walking in a hot and noisy environment (ear protection provided).
Must be willing to taste the coffee for QC
Organized, clean and practical
Enthusiastic and forward thinking
